Spring Outfit Idea

Another Spring outfit and it’s actually very similar to my last one (you can find it here), in that I’m wearing the same jacket and scarf. This time though, instead of pants, I opted for a dress. And in case you’re wondering I do have other scarfs, but this one matches this blue jacket the best. Plus, what a great combo it makes with my red bag and boots. I know, I’m crazy about matching!

The dress (I wished it had been warmer to take my jacket and scarf off), is long sleeve, and it’s actually a turtleneck dress. It has nice pockets with zippers on the sides! Actually the boots and that dress were my gifts from Santa last year. By the way, there is a major sale on the boots right now so get them while supplies last!

In this picture, you can see that the leggings I’m wearing are actually striped. And yes, these are leggings not tights.

Finally, Spring is in the air! As soon as it stays consistently warm outside I promise I will be showing more outfits! Today, I am wearing my new grey jeans that I purchased over the weekend. I have the same pair in dark blue and because I love them so much, I decided I need a pair in grey as well. They fit really nice, are stretchy and they don’t have any buttons or zippers. If anything, they are like leggings, not too complicated. For some reason, I can’t find them on the website, but there are plenty of them, including other colors in the actual store. Just look for jeans with no zipper and buttons for $17.99.

The blue padded jacket is perfect for the in-between weather season. I actually purchased it last Spring. It served the purpose then and it’s going to serve the purpose this Spring as well. It’s not heavy at all. The red shoulder bag is a nice and bright addition to this overall more demure outfit and I love how it matches the red flowers on the scarf. Overall, the jacket, scarf and bag are the match made in heaven.
