In this post I want to share with you my favorite perfumed lotions. I don’t use them on a daily basis because they are too strong for my liking, but they smell fantastic and are a perfect alternative to a perfume. Also, they are not the cheapest lotions, but you can easily get them in a set along with a perfume bottle which will save you some money. Here they are:
My favorite perfumes ever are from Stella McCartney so obviously I’m going to love the Stella Body Lotion as well. It smells exactly like the perfume (roses, peony, some mandarin and amber). It’s very sensual and feminine and is perfect for those that love floral scents.
Another great lotion is Hermes Caleche. I love Hermes’ lotions because they spread so easily. You don’t need to use half of the tube to cover your entire body. Just a little bit goes a long way as its consistency is more watery. This particular lotion has a floral and woody scent. It is a very strong scent and can be either a turn-on, or a turn-off for people (depending on if they like strong scents or not).
The other Hermes scent I love is 24 Faubourg Perfumed Body Lotion. Very similar to the Hermes Caleche, except you can find touches of amber in the scent too. It’s a very romantic and sensual scent that I absolutely love As I can attest, you will get lots and lots of compliments from others when they smell it!
Enjoy!
It’s been a while since I posted an outfit post. As I said before, it’s really difficult to go out there in winter to take pictures. All you could see is what I wear coat wise, not what’s underneath it. The temperatures have been a little bit warmer these days, so I decided it’s time to venture out to shoot. This outfit features my brown coat that I actually get a lot comments about. It doesn’t have the usual straight silhouette, instead it’s nice and fitted on top, with only two sets of buttons and the bottom widens like it’s a dress or a skirt. Unfortunately, I got it a while ago from Victoria’s Secret when they still carried outerwear on their website, so obviously you won’t be able to find the exact same one.
I unbotttened my coat a little bit so you can see what I wore underneath. I opted for a mustard colored dress and paired everything with brown leggings.
And are you ready for this? My red pom pom hat completed the whole look and added a nice and interesting flair (with its bright and contrasting color of course).

Kendall Jenner was spotted wearing…
Alo High Waist Airbrushed Leggings
The Alo High Waist Airbrushed Leggings must be very comfortable if Kendall Jenner likes them so much. She wears them everywhere, but I can’t blame her. Regardless of whether it’s a day at the gym, or an outing on the town, these leggings are so versatile they really can be worn anywhere you go. I really like its glossy like fabric that some might confuse with leather. In my opinion, it makes the leggings cool and unique.

It’s all about red in February because Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! I’ve rounded up some fabulous red looks I hope you will use as your inspiration to dress for Valentine’s Day or just any day of this “red” month. All the looks are oh so affordable and they are all courtesy of Forever 21! Also, how about the red shoes I picked for all the different girls out there. Hopefully you will find a pair for yourself! Enjoy!
There are some new products I’ve recently tested that I added to my daily skin and make up routine, and there are some old ones that I have used for years and that I absolutely love.
My new favorite is the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector that I’m using in Golden Opal Pearl. I always finish off my make up with this product, applying it on my cheekbones. I love how it shimmers and highlights whatever areas you wish to highlight. It’s very compact and efficient. The only minus is the fact that you need your own brush to use the product. I prefer the highlighters that come in the stick like for example the Benefit What’s Up that I used prior to now.
Another new discovery, for me, was the Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins Mineral Enriched Renewal Cream that I received as a sample pictured above that came in a tube. Normally it comes in a jar. I have to tell you, it’s one of my favorite creams ever! It smells divine and I guarantee that you will love it (if you love the scent of orange)! It’s also very good for winter as it’s pretty heavy so to speak. You can tell that it moisturizes your skin well.
I do not use face masks that often (maybe once a week if I do not forget), so I usually do not purchase full size masks until I try a sample size. That’s also the case with this Peter Thomas Roth Cucamber Gel Mask that also comes in a jar if you purchase the full size. I used it for the first time last week and I have to say, it’s a great product, mess free, easy to wash off and my skin feels like new after using it. I love all of the botanical extracts (cucumber, papaya, chamomile, pineapple, sugar maple, sugarcane, orange, lemon, bilberry, and aloe) that the mask consists of.
You probably have come across Fresh Sugar Lip Balms as they are extremely popular because yes, they are good. The one I’m using now is Honey. I used other shades as well but I particularly like this one as it’s pretty much sheer and neutral. This product is going to be a savior for you during winter months as it keeps your dry lips moist and it relieves the burning pain of your very dry lips in an instant.
Alexandra Daddario was spotted wearing…
Contemporary Floral Crochet Midi Dress
Would you think of this dress as a Golden Globe Party number? I wouldn’t! But the way Alexandra Daddario wore it, made this dress look like a thousand dollar price tag dress. Yes, this dress is from Forever 21 ($30 one) and yes the actress did wear it for a Golden Globe party. It looks absolutely stunning on her. It definitely suits her Goth-like look and the beautiful crochet design really makes this dress look like a million dollars! Great choice in my opinion. What do you think?
Printed Cotton Leggings – White Snowflake
Faux Fur – Trim Chevron Puffer Vest – Red
Mixed Stitch Turtleneck Sweater – Apricot Bellini
You can still get some of my Christmas gifts as they are all in stock. The Printed Cotton Leggings – White Snowflake are hugely discounted right now and the leggings come in several patterns that you will absolutely love. Another great sale features the Mixed Stitch Turtleneck Sweater – Apricot Bellini which comes in many, different beautiful colors. Take advantage of them as they are half off and you can even get a better deal in the store like I did! The Keira Boots – Bordeaux are only on sale in this color, so if you want them in black you will have to pay the full price. I fell in love with the Lou & Grey Sweatshirt Dress the first time I saw it. It’s expensive, but so worth the price! And the Faux Fur – Trim Chevron Puffer Vest – Red was on my Christmas wish list for a long time, as I needed a red vest! Enjoy your shopping!
It’s not easy to go out in winter and take pictures of your outfit, so that’s why I haven’t been posting a lot of them. This outfit is all about gold and grey. I matched this gold/brown jacket with my fabulous Henri Bendel gold bag that I absolutely love. The grey accents in the form of scarf and skirt are probably not what you would usually pair with brown, but I thought it went just fine. The skirt, I have to tell you, is beyond amazing, and I only wear it in winter because it’s really warm!
I wear a lot of pom pom hats this winter like the one pictured above. My must have colors are black, white and red. As long as you have these three, you can match them up with any outfit!
The boots are oldies from last year. They are two-toned brown, very comfortable, and that light brown color on top always looks very interesting with different outfits.
And I’m not wearing tights. These are actually leggings that are extra warm and perfect for the cold winter months!
