Four Valentine’s Day Looks

Valentine’s Day is around the corner and if you’re struggling picking out an outfit for this occasion, here are some suggestions for you.

Top

This off the shoulder striped top would be perfect for a casual Valentine’s Day brunch, paired up with jeans and a cool jacket. The red and white colors are very appropriate for the occasion and the neckline is absolutely gorgeous.

Have you noticed the new trend? Cargo pants are back and if you like it or not, the invasion has already started in stores. I noticed the Winter trend first, but now the pants are really starting to pop everywhere in Spring collections.

I have to admit, cargo pants were never my thing in the past, but this time around I’m so much into the style. What I love about the pants is the fact that they are not only cool for Winter, paired up with a nice puffer jacket and boots (hello my Leopard Puffer Jacket And Black Cargo Pants post), but they will look really fun in Spring as well. I’m looking forward to wearing them with a nice cropped top and a pair of sneakers. I’m especially drawn to brighter colors, neons and different prints and patterns.

Beige Turtleneck Sweater Dress

Maggie Rogers – Light On

I love sweater dresses! I wear them a lot in winter time with leggings or tights and, of course, boots. This beige sweater turtleneck dress is so nice! I absolutely love its color because it’s neutral and you can wear it with any color leggings or jacket you want. It will go with pretty much everything. I love that it’s a turtleneck because it adds a sense of elegance and sophistication. Can you believe it has pockets too? I haven’t seen any sweater dress with pockets before. If you’re looking to get a sweater dress, get this one, it’s too cute!

I paired this dress with a pair of beige leggings, which, with a dress, they looked like a set. I also wore my new pair of tan Hunter boots. Again, I got them in this color because they will go with many outfits. Oh and they will also be perfect for Fall.

And, how cute is this bow hair tie. Hair accessories are very trendy right now and so are bows. I had to get this animal print one because it’s like wearing two trends in one – animal print and bow. This is probably my favorite look this winter. You know how much I love leopard print so when I saw this leopard padded jacket, I just had to have it. You see people wearing leopard fur coats all the time, but I’ve never seen a padded jacket in this print. Besides the trendy print, the jacket is so, so warm and the high neck keeps you warm even without a scarf. It comes in all sizes and it’s under $30! For reference, I’m wearing size small.

My black utility/cargo pants are great for winter weather. Whether you’re going skiing or just having fun in the snow, they are all you need. I would definitely pack them for my winter travels. They are warm, roomy and very comfortable. I wish they had them in more colors though.

Red And Leopard – Winter Outfit Idea

Red is my favorite color to wear in winter. I think this is the only time of the year, I wear it so often. Also, because leopard print is so popular this season, I find myself loving the red and brown leopard print combo a lot. That’s why I wear my red bomber jacket on repeat this winter because I love how it looks with my leopard jeans and now, my newly purchased leopard skirt.

Let me tell you, this leopard skirt is the best skirt I have in my closet. The brown color is so beautiful, the material is suede and it’s the softest skirt ever. It looks so expensive but it’s only $12! The zipper goes all the way down, so it’s easy to put on and you can wear it year round with many outfits. Pair it up with a brown or orange sweater in Fall, or a nice tank top in summer. The possibilities are endless.

My red bomber jacket is also an amazing buy because, like I said, I wear it non stop. I got it last year, but I noticed many red puffer jackets in stores now everywhere. Check below for some other options.
